Leadership qualities are often inborn. But management training and self improvement process creates new leaders each time. There are various leadership styles and related to the organizational set up. There are leaders who remain a team member and there are autocratic ones who clearly indicate the authority. There are other types of leaders who are excellent during emergencies and are often self motivated.

A leader is a good listener and also encourages innovation. Being unbiased and taking responsibility for goof ups is another quality of a leader. A leader believes in his goals and makes systematic processes to fulfill them. There are numerous occasions that appear challenging for the leader but with determination, application and control the leader surpasses the hindrances.
