If we often wake up in the morning and think about the chores to do in such little time then we have already worked up our stress level. Stress cannot be avoided in today’s world. There are targets to be met, the kids need attention and there is another unfulfilled dream of buying a better residence.
Though one may not be directly aware of a personal cause of stress, several factors coming at the same time amount to stress. One is not able to think about coherent solutions and problems remain unfixed. This builds up stress and the outcome is dissatisfaction.
Uncontrolled stress can manifest as cholesterol problems, palpitation, high blood pressure or unexplained aches and pains. This also does not allow the body to heal in case one is recuperating from an illness. Another cause of stress is faulty time management. Many times we must understand our physical limitations and not over stress ourselves to meet the daily needs. It is perfectly fine if the lady in the house has not cleaned the refrigerator for a week or the pile of clothes for ironing is increasing.
Anxiety disorder is also inbuilt in a person. A hyper active person naturally attracts stress and also causes stress for others. One can sense this but slightly difficult to control the same. The ultimate mantra is to control self through mediation, walks or prayers. And when all do not seem to work it is better to get a clinical opinion instead of allowing stress to take over you.
Lack of support at home and mounting chores is often the cause of stress for stay at home people who otherwise look immaculately serene. Sudden outbursts, uncontrolled bouts of anger, depression, lack of interest in normal routine happenings can have dangerous repercussions if not treated. Pollution and traffic in urban lands is another cause of stress. The distance seems too much when caught up in traffic.
Gadgets like mobiles and LAN cards that help us communicate are often misused to and hence this also works on the stress. Harsh climatic factors, problems in the home front, over pressurizing in personal and official life is a major cause of stress.
Stress can also be felt when subject to constant tests while detecting an illness as each one of us actually wants to be fit. This in facts adds-on to the internal body process. Lack of sleep, excess caffeine and lack of social life is also a cause of stress.
