The employee who is newly joining the
firm so that the employee will come to know about the organizations
terms and policies requires training in every organization. Not only new
employee but the old employee need to be trained periodically so that
they will get to know about latest tools and techniques. In project
management training is required before carrying out particular project
as well as periodically. Project Management Training is a ground on which participant of management team needs to play and perform so that they can win. Every organization has their own method for project management training. Also the training not only differs from organization to organization but it also depends on the nature of the project. Training cost a lot to the organization but it’s a very important need which organization has to look after. Organization can get trainer from the organization itself but if the nature of project is very different and none of the employees are experienced in that particular kind of project than it is feasible to hire trainer from outside the organization who has sufficient experience in this case even trainer becomes a part of project management team and he needs to follow companies terms and conditions. There are many employees in the organization who are not able to perform well even after getting qualitative training in this case the organization can only try out some other methods of training and if than also its not working out than the organization need to switch for another employee. So it is very important for the trainee to grasp as much as possible during training so there wont be any problem while executing the project. Project management training period differs from project to project but not much time can be spent on training due to limited resources like time period, employees, money etc.. Before conducting any project management training every organization should draft a proper plan and should follow that so that everything will fall properly on time. Also between running project organization can conduct some activities for the employees which is like training as well as refreshment for the employees like role-play, organizing workshop and by playing management games.
