At some point of time in life all of us notice hair fall. Often owing to casual attitude or careless lifestyle we tend to ignore the initial signals. As the baby grows, within a few months, there is a great amount of hair loss owing to hormonal factors and internal changes in the body. This does not require much of medication as this is a self correcting phase.

Calcium deficiency is also known to cause hair fall. This can be due to age or osteoporosis. Again mere consumption of calcium pills will not solve the problem. Vitamin D and sunlight is required for calcium absorption. Right kind of exercise will also be necessary to solve the problem. It is important to check for allergies from iron and calcium supplements before using the same.

The basic quality for good hair is not about length but it is actually about density and shine. Cleanliness and hygiene are other important factors. Using an appropriate shampoo and conditioner is also important to maintain the quality of hair. Oiling is a common routine in Asia and many times helpful as it facilitates moisturizing of hair. Medicated oils are also great for relaxation through head massage which also improves the quality of hair.
