Big bathrooms demand
shower curtains. As they separate the bathing area from the rest
of the bathroom.
It is the only
element in the bathroom that is long and flowing and can be
viewed at length. Hence they are functional yet can play the
part of an accessory.
A step into the bathroom and the shower curtain is mostly what
you see first. So get the best out of the curtain to make your
bathroom look super beautiful.
Normally people
choose the curtain in retrospect to the colour of tiles. But why
not make the curtain the centre of attraction. |
So choose the colour
irrespective of the tile colour and then go global with the colour
chosen. In other words you can match the curtain colour with the
bathroom towels, soap dishes, rugs, carpets etc.
Looking out for your favourite colour is no ordeal in India with a
variety available at your doorstep. Almost every sanitary shop hoards
multiples in colour and material. They can be rustic, Chinese, Victorian
traditional or contemporary.
Along with colour choose a good print too. Geometric prints have raced
against all the other prints. Bolder colours with large flowers and
prints too are well appreciated in India. They make your bathroom look
bigger and give it a touch of colour, relieving your mind and soul at a
place you relax the most.
Materials range from waterproof cotton to polyester, plastic to
impermeable liner. These materials stand firm against water without any
complaints and give you good value for money.
However you have to take good care of them. They need to cleaned and
dried at regular intervals. Dry them in natural sunlight. Also as they
are waterproof, water runs off them very easily and they can be cleaned
easily too. Any stain comes off without much hesitance but on the basis
that they are cleaned regularly.
